## Before a check: instrument agents

If the app emits little or no telemetry, copy the vendor-neutral
[agent-decision-telemetry](https://github.com/provenex/provenex-public/blob/main/.agents/skills/agent-decision-telemetry/SKILL.md)
skill first. It teaches identity, parentage, tool names, and destinations so
later systems can reconstruct lineage. It is not Provenex-specific.
